dungeon loot ?

Hi,

From your expirience which dungeons have givin up the best loot for you? i dont care that items are random (still looking for sorcerer's ring, damn that stupid ring) where are the dungeons hopefully be region and/or relation to a city.
and does luck actually affect the loot i obtain?

Please help.
